My good good friend Katie, just finished up the Susan G. Komen 3 day walk for Breast Cancer in San Diego. She is such a strong, amazing woman whom I think the world of. Her mother passed of Breast Cancer when she was in her teens, & she is determinded to make a difference for herself, & her 1 year old new baby Shannon. You are awesome Katie, & I hope to be able to do the next one with you.... which could be dangerous... dangerous but oh so much fun!!

We are holding on and about to "Buckle Up". As Theresa put it in our weekly office meeting this morning. We just don't know which way the market will go. After our office meeting Lisa & I had our Board Operations meeting, where we found out more than a few Realtors are not likely to make it thru to next year. I love this business, & I believe most of us do. Everyone of us at the board meeting this morning have taken up other jobs to supplement our income. We are willing to do this and continue working the market, because we love it, our business that is. We are willing to do what it takes to continue working as Realtors. "Buckle Up", 16 hour days here we come!
